Heather Vial is a Level 2 CCFT who has been involved in the CrossFit community since 2010 and coaching since 2012. She has over five years experience in CrossFit programming, is an alumni of Southeastern Louisiana University and also works full time as a customer service manager at a local eCommerce company. Heather is proud wife and mama.
David Helminiak has been involved with CrossFit since early 2015. He is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and is in the process of getting a NASM personal trainer certification. Dedication to doing things safely are key elements when coaching. David’s expertise as a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager contribute greatly to this mission. When David is not at work or in the gym he is a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. David also has a passion for the outdoors, animals and wood working.
Luke McDaniel is a Level 1 CCFT and has been CrossFitting for over six years. He believes that CrossFit and persistence go hand in hand; CrossFit has taught him to overcome struggles and keep pushing forward . He has been married ten years and has two children who are all at the gym just as much as he is. He recently started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Larry Brisset is a Level 1 CCFT who continues his CF education by keeping up to date with courses like Scaling, Spot the Flaw and more. He has been doing CrossFit for four years. It is his bright and sunny face you’ll see first thing in the box at 5:30 AM. When he isn’t training, Larry is with his wife and sons, often coaching youth sports teams.
Daniel Allen is a Level 1 CCFT who has been involved in CrossFit since 2016. Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science. If he’s not at the box working out or doing extra curricular activities, he is down the river or at the hunting camp with his wife and son devising their plan to take over the world.
Steven Husser is a Level 1 Crossfit trainer. He has been in the Crossfit community for four years, coaching for three. He is a full time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and has been practicing for five years now. Steven’s favorite type of lift is any clean variation, and he also enjoys a good chipper-style workout.
Richard Labranche (Special Guest)
Richard Labranche is a certified personal trainer, a Powerlifting coach, and a USAW-1 Weightlifting coach. He has been actively training clients for 5 years and has been involved in barbell sports for 3.5 years. When not training clients or himself, Richard enjoys playing music (guitar and bass), the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends!
